Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Times We ship internationally via our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times by region:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
